The Inn at Water's Edge provides the best of luxury appointments blended skillfully with the details of a cozy Vermont Inn . A splendid king size 4-poster cherry bed , a French-style carved bed, an extra large jacuzzi style whirlpool tub or a two room suite overlooking the Black River, are just a sampling of the elegance you can expect at our Victorian Estate. Each guest room is individually decorated and elegantly furnished. Each room includes personal heat control, air conditioning, a private bath with jacuzzi style whirlpool tub and fireplaces. Special amenities to even please the most discriminating traveler.

Each reservation is based on double occupancy including a four-course candlelit dinner and a hearty country breakfast the next morning.

The prices for our rooms range from $175 to $300 based on MAP and room selection. Bed and Breakfast Rates are optional and range from $125 to $250.

	Savanna's Garden Room #2 (Fireplace) Wonderful views of Echo Lake gives this room high reviews. The room includes a king size four poster cherry bed and private jacuzzi style whirlpool tub .
Garden Sage Room #11(Fireplace) This room looks out to the mountains surrounding Echo Lake. A king size wicker bed and an extra large bath with jacuzzi style whirlpool tub and dressing table make this one of our favorites.
	Satin Boutique Suite Room #6 Two room mountain view suite with queen size brass bed, adjoining sitting room with day bed, and a bath with jacuzzi style whirlpool tub .
Winter White Suite Room #9 (Fireplace) Two room suite overlooking the Black River with a queen size wicker bed. Adjoining room has a full size sleeper, optionally used as a sitting area. The large bath includes a jacuzzi style whirlpool tub .
	Seabreeze Room Room #1 (Fireplace) Located on the first floor , this fully handicapped accessible room offers a fine view of Echo Lake. The queen size canopy bed and large bath provide a comfortable setting.
Blue Velvet Room Room #3 (Fireplace) The queen size iron bed along with an extra large bath with a 6' jacuzzi style whirlpool tub make this room ideal for guests.
