Tuesday's inaugural Prix Fixe dinner was a success. Guests enjoyed Chef Rae's culinary creativity by savoring courses including:


Pea leaf pesto and local burrate on homemade sourdough toast

Salad Lyonnaise with smoked trout

Grilled 'teres major' petit tenderloin au poivre with stuffed squash blossom

Fresh berry pavlova with cantaloupe curd and freshly whipped cream
